Our founder Xavier Pouchain, brings a wealth of experience to the table in the field of project management. With years of expertise, he has successfully led a wide range of projects, including city infrastructure, nuclear power plants, and even astrophysics. He has over 25 years of experience in project management, having worked on a wide range of projects in different industries and locations. He understands the challenges that come with project management, particularly in balancing business pressures with client expectations. This realization led to the creation of Bantt, offering a comprehensive range of services to provide better options for companies.
Xavier started his professional life in France in 1995 with an engineering degree and a master’s in project management. Over the years, he has gained valuable experience working on exciting projects in different parts of the world, including Paris, London, Los Angeles, Austin Texas, Munich, Marseille, Casablanca, Saudi Arabia, Toronto, Montreal, and a multitude of construction and operation sites.
