We also offer an annual “AskHR” subscription service for organizations of any size in a phase of growth who aren’t looking to add to their headcount but just need to tap into People Operations support as needed (AKA on the fly).

Clients who sign up for this service will have access to the People Operations Team via email. Upon receiving your email explaining your current need or ask, clients will receive a
response within 1-business day with next steps, necessary clarifying questions and a clear “by when” delivery date.
