Canary is a new kind of anonymous complaint tool – one that actually helps employees and employers.
Canary gives employees access to a neutral third party advisor who can talk to them about any concerns they have about workplace conflict or misconduct. Working with this advisor, they can also decide if they want to report their concerns anonymously to their employer, raise a formal complaint, or resolve the problem on their own. They can also receive ongoing coaching to help them resolve their concerns.
Employers can access a helpful dashboard that outlines the types of concerns being raised by employees and how employees want those concerns to be addressed.
