Times Change Women’s Employment Service is a non-profit charitable community agency established in Toronto in 1974. Our staff members are experienced professionals with a special interest in helping women reach their employment goals in today’s labour market. As a client once said, “Whether you know what you’re looking for or you don’t know what you’re looking for, this is a good place to start.”
Our unique advantage lies in helping both employers and job seekers.

Maintain an active database of experienced workers. In 2022 – 2023 more than 1400 women connected with Times Change for support.
Thoroughly pre-screen, interview and select qualified women who are job ready and eager to work.

For job seekers, Times Change offers a wide variety of group workshops , employment counselling and information sessions to help women reach their career and employment goals. In a comfortable, supportive, accessible environment that welcomes diversity and respects individual needs, women have access to quality resources and counselling, free of charge, for as long as needed.
